At ISC West in Las Vegas Infinova introduces the new N-Series of IP surveillance cameras including the V6201-N 3.0 megapixel resolution color IP camera with 1/2.5-inch progressive scan CMOS sensor and H.264/M-JPEG video encoding.
Now, Integrators can use higher megapixel cameras with multiple compression formats for easily viewing video in limited bandwidth networks and for storing video where their customers need them.
These cameras are especially applicable for applications in shopping malls, airports, warehouses, city streets and other demanding environments where higher resolution provides Integrators with an increased flexibility in the choice of equipment. For example, with its real time image collecting system, the V6201-N Series camera delivers high resolution, high frame rates and extremely reliable images. Maximum resolution reaches 1920 x 1080 in the H.264 format and 2048 x 1536 in the M-JPEG format.
The new N-Series cameras also offer high frame rate transmissions of 15 fps (frames per second) at 2048 x 1536 resolution and 22 fps at 1920 x 1080 resolution as well as easy day/night switching. They also provide multiple options to process alarms, such as sending an email, FTP upload, audible alarm and relay output, ensuring the high security of users’ surveillance systems.
